I am an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University.
I received my PhD in Psychology (Personality & Social Contexts & Gender and Feminist Psychology) and Women's Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
I research diversity, inclusion, and justice in organizations, focusing on identifying:
the causes and consequences of workplace mistreatment (e.g., sexual harassment, military sexual assault, incivility, racism, microaggressions)
interventions to prevent and respond to workplace mistreatment
strategies for fostering greater diversity, inclusion, and justice in teaching, research, and praxis
I am interested in learning about these topics from the perspectives of underrepresented communities, including employees who are people of color, gender/sexual-diverse, and/or low-income.
